What Makes Our Reinforced Pond Liner Worthy? Traditional DHPE & LLDPE pond liners are made directly from plastic particles through a blow molding process. Its performance can only be enhanced by increasing its thickness, But as you know the thicker it is, the harder it is to work with. The KOI pond liner is designed with unique five-layer structure. The middle is thermalized HDPE, then attach with net structure PE, at last add leakproof coating on both sides. The process is more complicated, but allows for a balance between performance and flexibility.
